Can I return my order? 
Yes, any unused products can be returned. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for covering additional shipping charges related to exchanges, as long as the item was not delivered damaged. Refunds for the cost of the product will be made after the product has arrived back at the warehouse. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Can I exchange my order?
We cannot process exchanges. Instead you can return your product for refund and make a separate purchase.


What if my product is damaged?
Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products here.


When will I receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1 week, then take an additional 1-5 business days in transit depending on your location. For more information please read our shipping policy.


Are products made in the United States? 
Yes, all products are 100% made in the USA and union-printed.
